About Us


레쿠코아(LEKUKOA)는 바스크어로 ‘증인’을 뜻하며, 바스크 언어와 문화를 지키는 행사 코리카(KORRIKA)에서는 메시지를 품고 다음 주자에게 건네지는 바통을 가리킵니다. 레쿠코아는 그 이름처럼 지역에 남겨진 공간과 생업의 가치를 발굴하고, 이를 다음 사용자에게 연결하는 공간·사업 승계 플랫폼입니다.

우리는 빈집과 유휴건축물, 오래된 상점이 사라지는 원인을 단순한 수요 부족이 아닌 정보의 비대칭과 실행 과정의 단절에서 찾습니다.

건설, 건축, 부동산 분야의 실무 전문성을 바탕으로 공간의 물리적 상태와 경제적 가능성을 조사하고, 디지털 데이터와 시각적 콘텐츠로 구조화합니다. 이를 통해 기존 자산의 거래 가능성을 높이고, 새로운 활용과 운영, 장기적인 관리까지 연결하는 통합 서비스를 구축하고 있습니다.


LEKUKOA means “witness” in Basque. In KORRIKA, a relay event dedicated to preserving the Basque language and culture, it refers to the baton that carries a message from one runner to the next. Inspired by this tradition, LEKUKOA is a platform for the succession of spaces and businesses, dedicated to discovering the value of local properties and livelihoods and passing it on to their next users.

We believe that the disappearance of vacant houses, underutilized buildings, and long-established local businesses is not simply a matter of insufficient demand, but rather a result of information asymmetry and fragmented processes that prevent their continued use.

Drawing on practical expertise in construction, architecture, and real estate, we assess the physical conditions and economic potential of existing spaces, transforming our findings into structured digital data and visual content. Through this approach, we are building an integrated service that enhances the marketability of existing assets and connects them to new uses, operations, and long-term management.

TYPE L focuses on the continuity of local businesses at risk of disappearing. We document and structure craftsmanship, operational knowledge, processes, and customer relationships as intangible assets, supporting business acquisitions, succession planning, and transitions to new operators.
